Ingredients
Turkey Salad
4 cups leftover turkey
1 cup finely diced fennel
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Mayo
1-2 tbsp finely chopped fennel fronds
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Zest from a small orange
Salt to taste.
Instructions
Mix yogurt, vinegar, zest and fennel fronds
Combine all other ingredients
Add dressing, stir to combine add salt to taste
