Moroccan-Spiced Yogurt Dressing
This savoury dressing adds flavour to veggies or grilled meat.
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt, spices and sugar. Mix well to combine. Let dressing sit for at least 5 minutes to allow flavours to blend. Taste dressing to adjust for salt, sugar and lemon.
This dressing is excellent served drizzled over warm or room-temperature roasted vegetables. Also delicious on a salad of fresh baby spinach leaves or as a condiment with grilled lamb, pork or chicken.
Store dressing in a small glass mason jar in the fridge. Dressing lasts up to 1 week.

- 6 tbsp Tree Island Plain Cream Top Yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cayenne, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp sugar or honey to taste
