Fruity Yogurt Popsicles

An easy-to-make, delicious, and nutritious snack for adults and kids alike. This recipe is easy to double-up!
Instructions
Combine the yogurt, milk, fruit, and optional sugar & flavourings, if using, in a blender or in the cup of an immersion blender. Blend until completely pureed. Pour mixture into a popsicle mould, add the popsicle sticks, and place carefully in the freezer. Freeze until solid, about 3 to 4 hours.
Raspberry-Lime: raspberries, Coconut-Lime Yogurt, and lime zest (sugar is good in this one)
Strawberry-Vanilla: strawberries, Vanilla Yogurt, and 2 drops of vanilla extract
Blueberry-Lemon: blueberries, Lemon Yogurt, and lemon zest
Mango-Cardamom: fresh chopped mango, Orange-Blossom-Cardamom Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen fruit or berries
- ¾ cup Tree Island Yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
- Optional – up to 1 tsp granulated sugar
- Optional flavourings – grated zest of ½ lemon or lime OR 2 drops vanilla extract
