Moroccan-Spiced Yogurt Dressing

Savoury dressing adds flavour to veggies or grilled meat.

Ingredients

6 tbsp Tree Island Plain Cream Top Yogurt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne, or to taste
1/4 tsp sugar or honey to taste

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt, spices and sugar. Mix well to combine. Let dressing sit for at least 5 minutes to allow flavours to blend. Taste dressing to adjust for salt, sugar and lemon.

This dressing is excellent served drizzled over warm or room temperature roasted vegetables. Also delicious on a salad of fresh baby spinach leaves or as a condiment with grilled lamb, pork or chicken.

Store dressing in a small glass mason jar in the fridge. Dressing lasts up to 1 week.
