Homemade Granola & Yogurt Bowl

Serves 4-6

Making your own fresh granola is satisfying! Take your breakfast bowl to the next level with Tree Island Vanilla Cream Top Yogurt and this recipe by Jessika @wholesome_hearty_eats

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large cooking tray with parchment paper (optional).

Gently heat peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a saucepan until melted. Whisk to combine.In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the large mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Press granola down with a spatula on a cooking tray. Bake for 23-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the granola cool before breaking it up.

Serve with Tree Island Vanilla Cream Top Yogurt and your choice of fresh fruit.

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2/3 cups chopped walnuts
  • 15 brazil nuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp runny peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
