Simple and delicious BC Summer Lovin’ recipe

4 ripe BC peaches
2 Tb butter
2 Tb BC liquid honey
Finely grated zest of ½ orange
½ to 1 cup Tree Island Orange Blossom Cardamom Greek yogurt, to taste
In a small pot over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in honey, orange zest and salt. Remove from heat.
Preheat gas or charcoal grill with a medium fire.
Cut peaches in half perpendicular to the peach indent. Twist halves to release from pit. Rub peach halves, cut side down, in the butter-honey mixture, or brush the honey mixture over the cut side of the peach halves. Place peach halves, cut side up, on hottest part of grill for 1 to 2 minutes, until skin is slightly charred. Flip cut side down and grill for up to three minutes, until peaches have started to soften and have visible grill/char marks. Remove peaches to serving platter. If desired, brush additional honey glaze on each grilled peach half.
Top each peach half with one tablespoon of Tree Island Orange Blossom Cardamom Greek yogurt, or more, to taste. Serve immediately.
